Achievements

Principal Investigator of a University of Delhi Innovation Project (2013-15), titled, u201cLifestyle Interventions in Stress Management: A Study Among Delhi Youth. In addition to the academic, Dr. Bajpai is a sought-after speaker. She has delivered numerous talks and conducted several workshops on various issues related to mental health and psychosocial issues at conferences and summits. She is the founder and life member of several psychosocial organizations working in the ambit of applied and positive psychology. Through her workshops and talks, she helps create awareness for mental health concerns, suggests appropriate interventions, and promotes holistic wellness. During the pandemic, she volunteered counselling to all who reached out through the network created by fellow psychologists. She also provided telephonic counselling to students at the School of Open Learning, University of Delhi.",
