The Anti-Drugs and Tobacco Cell (ADTC) is an institutional body established to create awareness about the harmful effects of drug abuse and tobacco consumption and to promote a healthy, addiction-free lifestyle among students and the community. The cell works in alignment with national health policies and guidelines to prevent substance abuse through education, early intervention, and positive engagement. The cell spreads awareness to ensure a drug/substance-free campus through events such as pledge against drug and tobacco use, conducting poster presentations/street plays/anti-drug rallies in the campus premises on the ill effects of drugs.

Some of the prominent activities conducted in 2025 are as under:
- Online Quiz competition organised by Anti Drug and Tobacco Cell, BCAS in collaboration with Yogpeeth Society to celebrate 150 years of Vande Mataram with the spirit of “Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan”. The event was organised on February 02, 2026 and participants were awarded on February 03, 2026. The event was presided by Prof. Balaram Pani (Dean of Colleges, University of Delhi) and H. G. Keshav Murari Das (President, ISKCON, Rohini). Drug awareness pledge and a drama on the theme “Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan” was also organized by professional drama artists.
- Participated in the inauguration function of “Nashamukt Parisar Abhiyaan” presided by Shri C. P. Radhakrishnan (Honourable Vice President, Govt. of India), Shri Dharmendra Pradhan (Honourable Central Education Minister, Govt. of India) and Prof. Yogesh Singh (Honourable Vice Chancellor, University of Delhi) at Multi-Purpose Hall, North Campus, University of Delhi on January 13, 2026.
- Anti-Drugs and Tobacco Cell, NSS & YUVA on the occasion of “भारत पर्व” organized Declamation and Slogan Writing Competition on the theme “Drug Free Bharat: Vision 2047” on October 06, 2025 in the AV Room.
- Anti-Drugs and Tobacco Cell in association with Film Club presented screening of short film “Breaking Chains” followed by pledge against drug abuse and illicit trafficking on June 27, 2025 in the college campus.
- Anti-Drugs and Tobacco Cell & NCC (under the aegis of IQAC) organized Anti-Drug Awareness Pledge (Community Pledge in your area) to observe International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking on the theme “Drug-Free Bharat - Vision 2047” on June 26, 2025.
- Participated in “World No Tobacco Day Awareness Quiz – 2025” through MyGov platform as a precursor to World No Tobacco Day celebration organized by DoSEL in collaboration with NCERT and MyGov.
- On the occasion of Hanuman Jayanti, Anti Drug and Tobacco Cell in association with Dhirah Society, ISKCON organized Bhajan Sandhya and Ramayan Quiz on April 08, 2025 near Saraswati Idol, BCAS. The event was presided by HG Vira Chaitanya Das.
- Organized Drugs & Tobacco Awareness Rally followed by pledge by Anti-Drugs and Tobacco Cell in association with NCC and NSS cells on March 07, 2025 covering the college campus and nearby areas.
